Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Positives:
The included breakfast is very minimal with a selection of a few different granola bars and packaged muffins. The beverage choices were regular coffee, and/or hot water for Hot Cocoa or instant oatmeal,
Negatives:
The facility was very short on staff and/so the hallways on every floor were not cleaned during the four days I was there. The room kitchen came with one of the smallest microwaves I have ever seen. Unlike most suite hotels kitchen supplies (cookware, dishes, coffeepot) are only available on request.
The tenant contract requires the renter to sign that they are NOT a tenant and can be asked to vacate at any time by the management.

The staff was so friendly and the location was great. I loved the fact that it was very quiet and there was no commotion going on like I have often witnessed at other Extend stays.
Negatives:
The price keeps going up each week on Booking.com. First week I got my Dad's room for $300 then the second week it was over $500.

Several rooms were out of service including the suite we reserved. But the staff was helpful in finding us another room that would do for our stay. I would have preferred to be notified before getting there as we really needed the sofa bed in the room we had booked. Had I been notified before hand I would have had more time to look for other options.
