Positives: Access to a bar, restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast was just right. There was maintenance work going on. There was a lot of noise in the lobby. The staff kindly gave me access to a meeting room to work in silence.

Negatives: Outside of wake-up and bedtime hours, the water wasn't hot enough for a pleasant shower.
