Room had roaches. Two times I had to call down to the front desk to come remove the roaches because they were on the ceiling and I couldnt reach them. Found 3 more on the floor. It was ridiculous!! Staff said there was nothing they could do for me.

The pool was not heated it was ice cold. I found two different types of hair in the shower. There was cigarette buds everywhere outside. The whole hotel was nonsmoking but smelled like weed.
