The owner is rude. And not very accommodating. She fought with me about my room location. I'm disabled and can not climb stairs very well and she refused to give me a open room on the bottom floor we argued over it for almost a half hr. All the staff are

The room itself was not super clean. The bed was not very comfortable and had a big dip in the middle. The shower curtain didn't stay hanging on both ends so we got a lot of water on the floor. The window curtains didn't fully cover the width of the window so as soon as the sun came up it was shining right in our eyes. There was also a dog barking almost nonstop one night into the morning which made it impossible to stay asleep
