Room was filled with bugs, advised staff and I was told there is nothing they can do. No switch of rooms, no refund or discount. Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

I needed a place that had a kitchen and 2 separate rooms,it was everything I needed because I was competing in the Arnold Sports classic was perfect for what I needed and was close to the convention center

We booked a non smoking room for me and my kids. When we go back home from dinner our entire room smelled like marijuana. I called the front desk to let them know and he immediately changed our room

Barbara ? at the front desk was so friendly and immediately made me feel welcomed. Happy hour was a bonus for me! I had no idea that Homewood suites put on such a spread for happy hour! Lemon bars were to die for!! I am a Hilton Diamond member and I think this is my first time at a Homewood. I am going to make them my first pick moving forward.
