Paragon Inn Hillsboro

Negatives: All the fabric that should have been white was either gray and dingy or brown. I actually bought pillowcases to put on the pillows. It seems nice when you first walk in because it has new floor and furniture but when you look beyond that, it was very grimy. They need to invest in bleach.

Negatives: The bed was hard as could be abs had bed bugs left at 3 am

Negatives: Bad bed, hard lumpy pillows, old ac made me sick. Holes in the wall, room key didn't work half the time. Never staying again.

Negatives: I am not writing the post to necessarily say how bad this place is for it is what it is, I just want to warn any traveler looking for a place to stay in or around Hillsboro what to expect if you chose to stay at the Paragon. When I entered my room the smell of cigarette smoke and alcohol was so strong I could not stay in the room. I almost had to sleep in my truck that night but decided to drive 40 minutes to another hotel. There seemed to be a party going on above my room which I could clearly hear on my first floor room. I left my name and number with the manager who was very helpful. He said he would pass it on to the owner and I never heard from anybody. The sad part is in the office they have items of religious significance indicating the owners are religious people. I wonder which god they follow? In my opinion pass on this place if you want a habitable room to stay in for the night.

Negatives: Couldn't locate anyone in the office when we arrived around 4:30 p.m.; check-in process was very long and unorganized. Bathroom was dirty and bed linens were stained.

Negatives: We weren’t expecting any frills so the fridge & microwave were a bonus. Unfortunately the shower was not clean. Had hairs in it from previous guests. The bedsheets & towels were dirty/had stains on them & not sure when they last washed the floors but our feet were black with dirt pretty quickly
