Positives:
Breakfast was good and a longer time than some hotels (630ish to 930 I think). Bacon, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and yogurts.
Negatives:
Family of 5, came for eclipse. We stayed 2 nights and room service didn't come in the middle. So we had to keep asking for extra towels, extra shampoo etc (showered a lot because of pool use). Had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch my youngest slept on and they gave us only a sheet and blanket (no bottom sheet or mattress pad). Wished there were extra linens and towels in room. The pool was nice (we used it multiple times) but the towels at the pool were TINY and again had to keep asking for more. But the towels were supposed to stay at the pool so we didn't bring bathrobes so had to go from the pool to our room wet and in our swimsuits which was a bit awkward. Overall good experience just wish they weren't stingy with supplies.

Facility easily located. Could access interior areas without feeling as though I was walking for miles. Plenty of towels and nice array of hot beverages in room. I could open the third floor window for fresh air.
Negatives:
Bed could have been more comfortable, sheets so wrinkled it made me feel as though they hadn’t been changed since previous guest.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi. They have breakfast in the morning with coffee and it’s right off the highway. The people that work and run the place are so accommodating and so nice. I feel very comfortable staying there and I stay here 8 times a year. Mid way point to see my family.

When I checked in. The guy at the desk told me they weren't going to clean my room since I'm only staying 2 days. I said, "For the money I'm paying, yes, you are. Got to room. Found out the heat didn't work. They changed my room. Then I checked the room,and the jacuzzi was dirty.They guy from the desk came immediately and cleaned it. He was very professional.
