The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Negatives:
The room was overpriced considering how far outside of downtown Cleveland the unit was. I had hoped to uber to my event and had to drive.
The bathroom was shower only and small, featuring an oversized showerhead that sprayed water onto the floor if the door was opened while it ran.
The card reader on the side entry closest to my room didn't work.
Breakfast was grab and go and gone even though I went down to the service before it ended. When I asked if there was a replacement for the empty bottle of coffee creamer I was told no, only to find it replaced when I checked out.

It was in a convenient location for my business travel. The full size fridge was helpful for a week long stay.
Negatives:
Rooms are dated and bed is uncomfortable. The staff was rather unpleasant at checkin, barely looked at me and seemed annoyed that I was asking about my room. I arrived at 4pm and was told they had no idea when it would be ready- my room was not ready until after 5:30pm. The side entrance card readers do not work so guests have to walk all the way around the building to enter- even if, like my room- it was right beside the entrance. The a/c in my room could not be adjusted from heat to cool- I reported it night 1, but it was never fixed.

They wouldnt clean but after you left or every 8 days When we booked it we was to have a king bed with a sofa in it we had a chair and when we ask the front desk they said that they didnt have sofa in the rooms anymore but later I seen in other rooms
