Negatives: No cups or coffee’s in the room

Negatives: They charged my card before they were supposed to. When we arrived at the facilities the staff was nowhere to be found. The room was not clean at all, the sheets had stains, and the toilet and sink were covered in hair. Also, I asked for a refund because of these things, and they acted like they were going to give me my refund. Now they are trying to run me in circles.

Negatives: Friendly staff and excellent location.

Negatives: Everything was dirty unsanitary or missing something

Negatives: The room was disgusting. Upon entering it smelled like old cigarettes and urine. There were cigarettes burn holes in the pillowcases, blankets, and sheets. There were mysterious stains on everything. Holes in the walls that were patched up with a bad patch job. Bathroom door handle was hanging by a thread, pecans all over the floor, flickering lights, some lights weren’t even working. I’m a super low maintenance traveler, and travel frequently for work so I’ve stayed in many a decent low key place and this was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve seriously never left a place due to it being unstayable. Also the cops were called from other people staying there and had arrived within the 20 mins I was standing there afraid to touch anything or sit anywhere and decided to book another place and return my keys to the front desk. Sketchy people staying there, sketchy staff. There was a very nice man trying to run the place by himself at the front desk who I feel so sorry for, he couldn’t have been older than 23. Unfortunately the female I called back later to check up on my refund wasn’t so nice, and I work on phones for a living so I’m always very pleasant even when people aren’t pleasant to me. She wouldn’t check the status of my refund, until I had to ask her 3 times. Then she finally gave me confirmation of it, I said thank you so much for checking, and she hung up. lol I never give bad reviews, but I do think it’s important people do not book here going forward.

Negatives: 3pm check-in, arrived 350pm & was told it would be 40 minutes & it was. Had to get a remote & a garbage can from the front desk. The 2 guys at the desk were helpful. Was expecting a bigger room for a deluxe king.

Negatives: The hotel had a roach infestation. There is nothing good that happens after that.

Negatives: Door in bathroom had broken door know

Negatives: Dirty floors and wash cloths, hair dryer handle was filthy and heat control button missing. Smoke detector in one room was in a drawer. Bed covers were basically two sheets and horrible pillows. We had two rooms and ask for them to be somewhat close, they were at opposite ends of hotel.

Negatives: Rooms was dirty , and smells bad . Was roaches in the bathroom. Walls and carpets have stains. Carpet and floor was sticky. Stuff and location was ok. But was a lot of trush around property too.
