Location was close to stores and places to eat. Room was very nice. We stayed in 2 bedroom and it was spacious. Breakfast was good. Really liked the different hotel buildings. Was here for the Final Four Basketball. Would definitely stay again.

The 2 bedroom suite was not as clean as I would like. There was a hat on the side of the pull out bed, there was a empty beer can inside the pull out bed. The curtains had stains on them, the room had a odor. I went to the store and bought a plug in to help with the smell. The bed skirts were both dirty and the bathroom toilet had hair on the seat.

It didn't feel like an hotel. Staff were rude, unprofessional. First room they assigned me was dirty. The outside of hotel was trashy. 2nd room was okay, it did not meet my expectations.
Positives:
The staff at the facility was wonderful. They were helpful and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace. I work remotely and the office area was comfortable. The desk and chair worked well and there were plenty of easily accessible outlets. Overall a great stay during a personally difficult time.
