Location was close to stores and places to eat. Room was very nice. We stayed in 2 bedroom and it was spacious. Breakfast was good. Really liked the different hotel buildings. Was here for the Final Four Basketball. Would definitely stay again.

Room was not what we expected-could not get an upgrade because we booked through a 3rd party agent. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling (after reporting, attendant did come to room to re-install); coffee pot had missing parts-could not use; refrigerator made humming noise, phone in room did not work. Had to ask several times for a receipt. Was told that because we used a 3rd party booking agent, receipt would be sent from the 3rd party booking agent. I felt that because we used Booking.com, there was some hesitation to give us a receipt. Was finally given a receipt.

Very disappointing. Have stayed at other Residence Inns without any problems.

Nice atmosphere during the meal.The fireplace and kitchen were a plus.
Negatives:
More food choices would have been nice.The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. They gave us two wash cloths for four people. When we asked for more they told us two at a time was all they could give us. Overall our stay was pleasant.

The grounds were clean and beautiful. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

The receptionist was amazing. The hotel was clean. The room was clean and spacious for our family's needs. I liked that it had a place for us to cook and a hot breakfast that was included

The hot tub was down, which we did not know prior to arriving. The pool was locked by 5pm and still locked the following morning due to an incident. When we arrived there was piles of trash outside the building.

Overall good, clean- good location. Staff was really good.
Positives:
I liked the spaciousness of the suite and the layout of the property. it had a nice area to walk the dog. It felt homey. There were plenty of things to occupy kids.
Negatives:
The walls in the rooms needed some wiping down. The fold out bed definitely needed to be replaced. The spare blanket that they gave to us to use on the fold out bed had holes in it. I asked for different linens at the front desk and was told they had none because the person who does laundry during the day called out. He did find one questionable blanket in the back.

Loved it had a build in real wooden fireplace too bad it was summer. The bathroom was comfortable. Bed was perfect.

WiFi was very weak. My iPad only connected for one night. The ac did not reach the bed only the kitchen and living room. But still slept peacefully

This was a great location to all that we did, Zoo, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Sunset cruise and hiking that we did at local parks. Breakfast was very good! Lots of variety and hot foods! Front desk people were helpful, gave us extra items as needed. We put garbage out, they came and picked it up.

Our room wasn't the cleanest, but I brought wipes and spray and wiped down things. All was good!

The trash wasn't emptied before we checked in and I had to ask twice before someone came to empty it. Our room was never made up, so I had to go get clean towels (we were not told at check in that the rooms weren't made up daily). We also had a VERY difficult time regulating the temperature, as the thermostat did not respond when we tried (numerous times) to adjust it.
