My room 308 was not that clean. Cups left on the floor near a chair. Dust everywhere, headboard TV, dresser. Toilet kept running, handle needed to be fixed.

No complaints, but they should put more than 1 bag of regular coffee in the room (there was just 1 bag of regular coffee, 1 bag of decaf)

The room was dirty I asked for it to be cleaned. The check in clerk say housekeeping wasn’t available so I got a refund and left. Very dirty room

We went to this location to view the Total Solar Eclipse and they were very accommodating. Many of us were allowed to picnic on the lawn for the viewing and use their restrooms even before checking in our room.
Negatives:
The staff could have been more friendly. We did not eat any breakfast there but took a Quick Look and it was a lower level of food choices than most hotels.

Usually has a very nice breakfast, but this time it’s seem like it was reheated from the day before. The hashbrowns were hard and tough. The sausage was shriveled up. Otherwise we always enjoy staying here.
