Positives: The staff was nice considering when we tried to check in they had no record of my reservation even after showing my confirmation email. Staff was calm and polite.

Negatives: Due to booking.com our reservation was screwed up. They had no confirmation and could not find my reservation. The facility is run down. The main lobby smelled like mildew and the elevator was dirty and our bathroom had mold.

Positives: The manager working that evening was trying very hard to be helpful and find us a good clean room.

Negatives: Was no breakfast available even though when booked with booking.com that was included in the price but apparently no breakfast is available at this hotel on Mondays. We had to change rooms 3 times to find a cleaned room. I suspect there were drug users in one of the rooms because the door was broken into and apparently there are bad drug issues in the area.
