Negatives: I typically like Holiday Inn Express hotels however this one did not seem as clean as the other ones I have stayed at. Bathroom floor needed a good cleaning. 2 pillow covers were not clean .

Negatives: Having to ask for towels, only one set in the room on arrival and they don't clean the room every day or put fresh towels out

Negatives: Room smelled like mildew. Blankets were dirty. Just stopped here to sleep for the night and got no sleep at all because the fire alarm went off several times all throughout the night. Worst hotel experience IÂ've ever had.

Positives: This hotel is right off the highway and easy to get to.
Negatives: Room was filthy. Carpet was stained and disgusting. Housekeeping was rude and slamming doors in the morning. Walls are thin. Floors are loud.

Positives: The location is the only thing positive about this hotel. It’s right off the highway; however, it’s also right next to a hospital (ambulances all night y’all).
Negatives: The SMELL!!! Cigarette smoke throughout, and mixed with something in the halls. Cleanliness: the room felt dirty, which made it uncomfortable. Stains, towel bar completely rusted...all of it together made me feel gross just being in there.

Negatives: Staff was talking with what I assume was a boyfriend or husband but he was in the hotel and not wearing a mask. I was required to wear one to enter. This upsets me.
