Positives:
Location was a the best part. Within a shopping center and close to several attractions.
Negatives:
The staff was often rude and unhelpful. The pool was filthy. The sliding bathroom doors do not fully shut and offer no privacy. The breakfast offered was subpar at best. Overall a terrible experience and I will not stay there again.
Positives:
Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable as well as very sizable and very quiet, food was quite good for the continental breakfast and the location was safe as was the free parking garage.
Negatives:
The TV didnt have a menu to choose programs/channels for that i could find and the shower was a hand held one which was kind of odd, but either was exceptionally clean

Very formal. We face difficulties with our simple request for a late checkout out although we stayed there 11 nights. But eventually with the intervention of the manager, after many hours of waiting, for an answer it worked out

Clean. Very comfortable beds. Comfortable sectional sofa bed seating area. Lots of outlets to charge devices. Good water pressure in shower. Variety of breakfast options. Covered parking. Location. Mostly accommodating host/reception/clerks.
Negatives:
Bathtub was slippery, made worse by not having a flat floor (it was rounded). No side rail - just entry rail. No regular bath soap and poorly placed soap dispenser in the tub/shower area. Very poor water pressure in the sink.
