Negatives:
Floors in bathroom not the cleanest. Pool was not heated and water was murky.
Over-charged for snacks and instead of crediting me for them, the manager re-charged me for them again! I will not stay at a Hilton or Hampton again. I think I’ll stick to the excellent experiences I have had at Holiday Inn Express.
