The Night Manager, Ashley, provided over the top customer service, the room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was great!
Negatives:
On the morning of the checkout, I was sent an email asking me to provide a checkout time. I chose 11 a.m. However, our room keys were deactivated hours before, and twice someone asked me when we were checking out, even knocking on the room door.

Positives:
Shower pressure was.good. Plenty of pillows. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping and desk clerks were very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Fourth floor with dog was a bit inconvenient for potty trips. Would have liked a channel guide. Coffee maker was not clean, had to run many pots of water before it cleared up. The lobby has an odd smell that reminded me of my mother's nursing home smell.

The bed sheets had stains all over them. We checked in at 3 left to go get our 2,3 month old daughters and drop them off to my mom and get snacks for our stay. We got back went and got into the pool went back to our room to shower and got to sleep. It was around 12-12:30 and we pulled back the sheets and started seeing stains. Each sheet had more stains I started taking pictures and finally called down stairs. They told us if we checked out immediately we could get a full refund. We checked out and still have not received our refund.
