Considerate, communicative staff welcomed us on our first visit to this property. Hotel was very clean and accessible.

I did not get the room I asked for. Was supposed to get a king and instead I got full size beds. They didnt try to resolve the issue at all. It was under construction and our room smelled like paint.

The staff was not accommodating. I was very disappointed on how they handled things. And was not happy that they gave my room away.

Location was good for visiting kings island amusement park. The carpet I. The room looked new and updated

The elevators were a mess and had smelly cloth blankets hanging on the walls. They should have a guest elevator and a construction elevator, instead both the elevators were being used during the remodel. The walls were wet and there was strong paint smell on the main level. The AC/Heat unit wasnt working on the room so we had to move to another room. The price for the stay wasnt discounted for the inconvenience of remodel noises or mess. We parked on the side of the building and couldnt use the side doors because they were taped off for construction.

Positives:
Room was just as expected, bed was very comfortable and loved having a full kitchen in the room. There is no breakfast but they offered coffe and hot coco. All the staff were lovely to my senior dog and her needs.
Negatives:
Like other locations, there is construction going on inside the hotel so we had to be placed on a higher floor having to take the elevator with my dog Even with all the construction "mess" the workers were very friendly and accomidating to guests

We liked the location and the room was very nice. The hotel was clean and close to a good breakfast. We were also close to our family living in Lebanon.

The air conditioner noise was far too loud whenever it kicked on at night. It was difficult to keep from waking up and getting a good nights sleep.
