Negatives: Arrived and was told I did not have a reservation, despite my confirmation # as well as calling to confirm the day before. Absolutely ridiculous. Once I did arrive no more rooms were available. This is a terrible establishment that very easily could have put a damper on our trip

Negatives: They charged my card the full amount when arriving for the "$50" incidental refundable fee. I was charged twice for my stay

Positives: it was clean
Negatives: when I arrived they had my room reservation all ready I checked in then find they were charging my card again for my room I had already paid in full through I went to speak to them they tried to tell me at first that my card had been declined on I showed them where I had paid in full there should have been only a 50.00 hold on my card but the 50.00 and the room rate had been put on my card. so that shorted me 228.00 for my trip . I had to contact to get ahold of them but the money was not released until several days after I got home. There were several other people there I talked to had the same or similar stories . so if you stay keep a check on your account and no manager on duty so they said to take care of this right away. if I had not been aware of this I’m almost sure they would have only released the 50.00 and kept the room rate. it was a very clean place the beds were comfy and the pool was enjoyable just stay alert with your account if you stay

Negatives: The building wasn’t exceptionally clean which makes a guest semi nervous about what they don’t see but I understand these times it’s hard to be completely staffed so overall everything was in good condition.
