Positives: I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Negatives: The first room we walked in had a foul odor and, a red stain on the mattress. The second room had stains in the bathtub and the mattress and a foul smell. The third room had a foul smell but I decided to stay with the room. The front desk was very nice and was willing to walk me into as many rooms as I wanted until I found one that I wanted.

Positives: The location was pretty decent next to and close to different kinds of restaurants
Negatives: The cleanliness is very poor. The hotel needs a lot of TLC. The hall carpet is really dirty and has a lot of stains my kid wore white socks. From just walking room to room to get settled the bottom of my kid socks were black. Their dresser drawers was gross the inside has not been wiped out there were crumbs in it. The dresser was unleveled so at the bottom of it they stuffed paper under the right side to keep it from rocking. They do not wipe their headboards off. There was hand prints and grease stains on it. One room I got I think the dresser was just for show not use cause once I looked in them to make sure they was clean lol he wouldn’t close back at all. One room had water stains on the faucet and bottom of mirror as if someone else as just previously using the room. One of my room had yellow stains and beer bottle cap in the tub. The pool area definitely didn’t look welcoming like the picture. The area was over heated. The tables and chairs definitely could have been wiped down. Towels left all over the floor and some of the tables. The pool area floor could definitely use some disenfect. The floors was grimey greasy. Around the windows are filthy looks like no one bothers to ever clean them and some of them has green mold. Breakfast was horrible. The fact that it is even offered is a disgrace. First off there orange juice and apple juice had a very foul taste and also black particles floating around the bottom of our cups. They didn’t provide any oil to use the waffle maker. Even the staff worker was complaining about how the facility is ran and not does not provide what is needed . The muffins was dry dry and the bagels were really hard. The toaster was dirty .

Positives: The location was good; right off of the highway. There were plenty of towels. Room appeared clean; just smelled awful.
Negatives: The room stunk like urine or a strong smoke smell even though it was a “non-smoking” room! The bath tub was curved and unsteady. The breakfast was okay; not very hot.

Positives: Breakfast, clean rooms.
Negatives: One late staff member with glasses gives this dark vibe. And sounds inconvenienced that he has to be addressed. The rest of the staff are great. Also the hot tub is really hot. Like 2⁰ too hot. And there is a roof leak into several parts of the pool area. Also in the breakfast eating area the long table has chairs that are waaay to short for the high table. I'm 6'1" and I felt like a kid eating there.

Positives: the property was well maintained . I must say I was skeptical at first , but this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations ! we travel for my daughters basketball during the summer , and we travel with our small dog , and this place was absolutely accommodating, with no extra fees and nice lawn on the side for our fur baby away from other people . the lady at the front office was amazing !! she let us check in a little early and check out a little later so we didn’t have to sit in the car at the basketball venue between games !! if I could give 100 stars I would !! great hospitality !!!
Negatives: the walls were a little thin so you could hear everyone upstairs running like speed demons …but it was a kids soccer team so we get it . still slept like a baby !

Positives: The price was decent but you get what you pay for.
Negatives: When we went to check in, we were told we had no reservations. We had to show them our email confirmation number. Our stay was so terrible, we ended up checking out early. When we explained to the manager, Rozy Patel, why we were checking out early she said “How do you expect me to run a business if everytime someone complains they get reimbursed?” We ended up call corporate & filing a case to get our money back. Reasons as to why we check out early are listed below, along with photos 1). I have never been to a hotel where the hallways smell as bad as they did in this LaQuinta 2). We were up until 2:30am (with a 1, 4 & 8 year olds) due to people running thru the halls & banging on doors. we went down to the front desk 4 times & were simply told “we can’t do anything about it but that groups check out is in the morning” 3). There was a mouse running around the breakfast area 4). Our daughter got locked in the lobby restroom & we were told the only person who had a key to that restroom was 20 minutes away. Luckily, my husband was able to get her out. When we brought it up to the manager, Rozy Patel, she told us “maybe you should teach your children to only lock the locks they know how to use” 5). We pulled out clumps of hair & gum from the pool (attached photos)
The staff are terrible!
