The pool and room was clean. The location was good.

The breakfast attendant was rude. She yelled at a patron for using chocolate chips in the waffle maker but there is nothing stating not to do that. She was spraying Windex on tables around people's food and was monitoring how much juice people were getting. Her behavior was uncalled for.

The hotel offers a complementary breakfast to guests which we almost missed because the laminated sheet posted in the room listing amenities stated hours incorrectly. But that was the only negative experience of our stay.

Rooms were filthy. Bed sheets torn and stained and spotted. Furniture in dining room disgusting. Spots and stains on bedroom carpets. Doors splintered. Building exterior is disrepair. Owner very very unreasonable. The non refundable booking is the issue. We would have bolted when we got there. He already had our money. Had to stay in a dirty. Filthy hotel Asked for a refund. Got none Have file dispute with our credit card company and filed a complaint with national best western corporate. You should not book their rooms.
