The kitchen area in the suite room far exceeded our expectations! Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, silverware. It was a great space for our family of 6

Couch in room was not very clean. Location is a hotel/business loop, not scenic but not a big issue

Our room was HUGE. Loved having space to spread out and the kitchenette too.

Breakfast was crazy on the morning of the eclipse which should have been anticipated and prepared for better. They refused to refill anymore food after 8:30am even though breakfast is advertised from 6-9am.
There was an empty plastic water bottle in the decorative planters out front for our entire stay. I finally removed it myself but that should have been noticed and taken care of by the staff.
Would have been nice to have a hot tub at the pool area.
A way to stream to the TV’s would be nice too. Many hotels have a way to stream from your Netflix or Disney+ accounts at least.

It is located in an industrial area. I am a light sleeper. Woke up during the night hearing a dull pounding sound from the outside.

I liked that the facility was close to the location of my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The value was exceptional and we would definitely stay at this property again. I also appreciated how friendly and professional the staff was and they got us checked in and out quickly.
