Breakfast was horrible. I picked this hotel because it came with “breakfast “. Something happened and the food choices were not good. Cold stone eggs and cold stone turkey sausage patty’s because the hot container was not on. No juice-couldn’t get the machine to work. No milk-was leaking out the spout. No waffles…not sure why? No utensils in anything that was put out! My daughter had a cold plain tortilla and a hard boiled egg. I had coffee and at least a bagel. HORRIBLE

If I could give a negative number, this would receive a negative ten! The staff at the front desk was horrible from the start. The lady had an issue with racially profiling the moment we checked in. While trying to rest, she called our room at close to midnight, asking my husband and I how many people were in our room. She was getting no noise complaints. We later found out she called two other rooms and even asked another guest about coming inside her room. She was very rude and unprofessional. She does not represent this company well. We will never return!

Positives:
I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice base from which you could visit Toledo, Detroit, Cleveland, and Ft. Wayne. All those cities are within a couple hours' drive, and this hotel is comfortable. It's location near a movie theater and an outlet mall may also appeal to some.
Negatives:
It is a significant distance to get to gas stations or restaurants after the outlet mall closes in the evening. I mean, it's about a four or five mile drive.

Well we arrived to check in to our prebooked room and the staff had abandoned the hotel leaving local police officers to keep the order and safety for those locked out of their rooms. We immediately left and found lodging elsewhere.

TERRIBLE! Neverrrrr again!!! Marcus (the new owner as of 2 days ago)… Just absolute disrespectful!! They charged my card twice at check in.. and told me there wasn’t anything they can do about it.. I just had to wait for the money to return. Which with most banks take for 14days for a hotel return..Oh not to mention the entire staff walked out during our stay and 10 ppl were held up in the lobby locked out of there rooms for over an hour until the police came!! I mean they where the most unprofessional owners Id ever met!!!!! I see why the staff quit!! Just
