The room was ok. Nothing fancy. Could use some sprucing up. Dings and stains on walls. Carpets could be cleaned. NO ELEVATOR. Breakfast was sufficient, not great.

No elevator. Pillows too small. Not enough towels/wash clothes.

Positives:
We traveled for the eclipse, so everything was very busy, and the hotel was at its capacity. The staff were still very friendly and accommodating, and did their best to help us out with special requests to make everyone comfortable!
Negatives:
The breakfast options were pretty meager, but for the price of the hotel, it's hard to be mad about it.

Positives:
This hotel is in a great location for a great price. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything in the room was clean. But the best part was the staff - they were very friendly and helpful in finding me a pet friendly room at the last minute which is not easy to do in most hotels!
Negatives:
I really didn't have any problems with the room, but if I had to nitpick some things were damaged, like the lightbulb holder in the lamp was dangling and the toilet seat was loose on one side, but they still worked just fine.

Super stay that was so...
Positives:
* Comfortable room and front lobby seating.
* Well-equipped fitness center, and separate thermostat!
* Nicely appointed decor.
Negatives:
* ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Cleaners had cleaned thru the middle of room--but edges were horrendous. Food under desk and furnace, front of tables cleaned but not rear, toilet uncleaned (I partially cleaned before taking photo), faucet cleaned in front but not rear.
* Fitness Center? EVERYTHING was filthy, with layers of debris and dust. When I mentioned to manager, he just apologized profusely. Elliptical not working, so could not adjust tension, thus had to power thru at very HIGH tension!
* Business Center? They advertised business center, which we needed for my daughter's online class. Unfortunately, it was a small desk with a computer in the middle of the hallway!!!
* Breakfast: It is a small area, so very limited options (waffles, pastries, 2 cereals, yogurt, fruit), but they could include some lower sugar and higher protein options, like breakfast burritos or hard-boiled eggs in the fridge! Not your place if you are gluten sensitive!
* HUGE hole in blanket. I wouldn't mind small ones. But this makes the hotel look very low-class.
* No ELEVATOR.
* I had booked based on good rating and reviews; won't stay here again.
