Pricing is reasonable. Location. I have stayed here several times and always enjoy my stay. Staff is usually very nice. Stay is usually comfortable.

Molded food in microwave. Old food left in fridge. Floors dirty. When I told front desk, they didn’t offer to clean it. They just said they would make a note. Usually they are always very responsive.

Bed could have been more comfortable. The chair in the room wasn’t comfy. The breakfast hours weren’t long enough. The cleaning staff literally waited outside my door for checkout time and then knocked at exactly checkout time (w/o identifying themselves) and talked loading in the hall while we were packing up. I felt completely rushed even though we were out of the room at 11:03.

The facilities obviously needed a redo. The wall paint was chipped, and the furniture was older and chipped..
My room has a "funny" odor. I did overlook this and have stayed here twice due to the clean sheets, towels, and price.

It was very clean, very comfortable bed, updated shower/bath and was nice.

THIS IS NOT A NON-SMOKING HOTEL. I CAME IN AND WAS MET WITH WEED SMOKE FROM THE DOOR. I am allergic to THC. Also, I am disabled and there were no available first floor rooms and had to walk upstairs with all my luggage. Night clerk (lady) very rude.
