Positives: Staff member at desk helpful & accommodating
Negatives: Dried blood stains on both beds in room. Got another room, this one was cleaner, but had dingy yellow sheets with cigarette burned hole in sheet. Outside area, stairwell were very dirty, obviously not swept or cleaned in a long time.

Negatives: The door wouldn't unlock, had no fridge, no coffee pot, very little heat coming out of the heater. Shower was like standing under a dripping faucet
