Let's see....rude staff, dirty rooms , no towels and when ask they said they couldn't find the key to the laundry room. Also the cock roaches where big and many. Awful place to stay.

Dirty room:dirty washcloth left on the shower rod. Trash by the nightstand. Broken toilet seat. The breakfast was a joke. No juice or coffee. Nothing in the little fridge. Waffles were undercooked. Only thing available was cold cereal or bread.

Arranged for family style room. Queen bed and hideaway. Was told no with no other answer to why. Just NO ok so we got the two full beds both very uncomfortable. My kid decided that she was better off in the floor. Found mold in the bathroom. And when we got back with dinner the first night went to turn the TV on and the remote was dead. Took it out to the desk to be given one without batteries. Then told sorry you have to wait for third shift to get batteries.

Breakfast wasn't very good. The apple and orange juice was watered-down. The waffles was also watered-down down. WS e oecting more fruit. No sugar free stuff.

The carpets in the rooms need to be cleaned very bad. One room smelled like sewer so bad. Had to open windows and turn on the air but still smelt bad. Would not give us another room. Also you could smell Marijuana thru out the whole building.

The beds were sloppy when got into the room and did manage to get fresh towels only when I saw the housekeeper, they need to come back to service th room but did not! Only come one time around! But a lot I was in the room but they should announce themselves but don't they knock and that's it! And breakfast selection was lousy!

not good at all I ate there one day the waffles, the place is not clean, the coffee taste like it had been watered down so I went out each morning for breakfast. the trash cans were very dirty the cooking machines looked they had not been cleaned in a long while.
Negatives:
I think the hotel must have a water damage you could smell the musty order and mold. The same trash bag was in the lobby for the whole time I was there, the vending machine was not filled, the front door windows could have been washed the top of the refrigerator was very dusty and the carpets in the room had lots of stains. I had to ask for my room to be vacuumed, and for the toilet bowl to be cleaned. I do think they were just renting to have income coming in to fix the place up starting with the upstairs. one good thing the mattress was new, the only bugs I saw were a couple of black ants. I could have left I did look around the area the clientele did not look so great. I did feel safe, and I cleaned my room myself and used lots of carpet fresh and cleaning supplies. I was there to sleep only so that's my story.

The outside of the building and the lobby were inviting. The evening clerk was welcoming and got us our room quickly. We did not have the breakfast, but it had fresh self made waffles and the coffee was hot. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but not a pillow top mattress. The shower and sink were clean and had all the amenities. Our King bed room had a nice chair and ottoman. We would stay here again. The morning clerk was a different story.
