Positives: The room was clean and the staff nice.

Negatives: I got stuck in the hotel elevator. It really scared me. A guest was able to open the door to let me out. When I called the front desk, she said they had a technician on site to fix it at that exact time. Why didn't they put up a sign NOT TO USE it.
