Check in was great. The front staff person was quick and efficient.
Negatives:
When it came time to go to bed, one bed had sheets on it torn in multiple places and the other bed had leaves and dirt, telling me the sheets hadn't actually be changed recently. Additionally, there was hair all over the bathroom floor.

The staff members working the front desk were very rude and not happy to be there and the one yelled at the newer employee in front of everyone over a small mistake. Bathroom shower wasn’t clean

I was traveling with my husband from Memphis to see his mom who was in the ICU at Cleveland Clinic. She had taken a turn for the worse so it was a last minute trip. I booked our room through hotels.com. When I booked the room online, I entered a credit card number and specified that our arrival time would be 2 am. It was approx 1am and I received an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled. Since we were 30 min away from reaching the hotel, I called the property inquiring about why our reservation was cancelled. It was explained to me by an extremely rude front desk clerk that since we had not arrived by 8pm and that because I marked that we would pay with the specified credit card upon arrival, they gave our hotel room to someone else and that were booked for the night. Long story short all of the hotels were booked around the Cleveland OH area. I frantically located a room through Priceline.com, contacted them, and they immediately booked our reservation at a Holiday Inn Express in Wadsworth, OH. This property and employees were awesome unlike the Red Roof Inn-Cleveland Airport/Middleburg Hieghts
