Positives:
Above all I liked the cleanliness of the room, the lobby area, and the surroundings, both inside and out. Bed was comfortable, heater and ac worked well, with no unpleasant smells coming from it. The breakfast had a good selection. The price was very good compared to motels in the area. The indoor pool was also unexpected for that price point. Also this might seem like a small thing, but there were 4 outlets for phone charging on the nightstand area.
Negatives:
The motel lacked an elevator. The bath room counter area was very small. But I did take the cheapest room available, so if I would have upgraded to a more expensive room I may have had a larger counter area

Breakfast was good. Nothing amazing, but the eggs were cooked well and so was the sausage.
Negatives:
Our room was dirty. The floors were not swept; there were crumbs on our feet when walking and wrappers and ponytail holders on the floor. The bed cover was stained. The sheets appeared clean.
