Rooms were not the cleanest. Bugs and dirt in the window tracks, and windows were dirty. No one cleaned our room for the 2 days we stayed. When clean towels were requested, they did not have any, something to do with all in the wash.

First time I've stayed in a room with no fridge,but had a safe. I know pet friendly is the trend, but when I spend $150/night I like a little carpeting under my feet at night. The bathroom and bathtub were small. The drain in the bathtub was clogged which was fixed the next day. There was no ice machine on the floor. Breakfast was so so.

Over priced, lacking comfort ammenities...
Positives:
Staff are super nice and welcoming! It was close to everything! Even with bike week and another convention going on, it was quiet. The pool and sauna are very nice, too. Also, a great breakfast with actual warm food and we def felt safe. The beds were really comfortable.
Negatives:
Room wasn't cleaned very well. Powder on the side of one bed and pet hair on the other beds top blanket. Gross hair in tub and floors needed a good scrub. I was also bummed that I didn't check that the room had a fridge and microwave. Hot tub was closed and there was a massive ball of gross hair on the wall in pool area. Despite, all this, however, I would recommend this place. There weren't bugs, noisy people, or rude workers.
