No hair conditioner provided, poor quality of bathroom linens, exorbitant fee for pet stay considering the hotel location (not downtown and other homewood suites pet fee is less), breakfast was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel chain.

We loved the suite we were in. The breakfast staff were very friendly. It was nice to have a variety of items available for breakfast.

The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. I was not there long enough to need it, but it is good to know for future stays. I loved the spaciousness of the suite. It was a very good experience for me.

To be truly wheelchair/and ap accessible, the bath tub should be replaces by a roll-in shower. However, there were sufficient for safe entry and e it to the tub. I would have appreciated it if an elevator would have been closer but since it wasn't,

The team/staff was very welcoming, but with the room quality, I wouldnt think twice about going back.

Cracked floors, AC unit didnt change from freezing, phone to call front desk wasnt working, shower broken, looked old and the vent was molding.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and the room was perfect for our family. We had plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. We used both the beds and the pull out sofa for our family which was very useful and comfortable.
Negatives:
The upstair neighbors were loud late at night, but that was not the hotel's fault. The elevators were a little shaky to ride on and jolted on each floor. Nothing else, the staff was great and very helpful.
