Kept getting a call saying there were noise complaints at 7pm wich was the TV nobody was loud we turned it down to about 10 and still got complaints I felt like we had to whisper in that room just because of whoever was in the next room I got charged for smoking based off of here say and supposedly ashes when room clearly was not cleaned out properly there was even a room key from the previous guest in the night stand very unsatisfied

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Coffee bar was also good. There is a bit of noise from traffic and train tracks.

The staff across the board is friendly and professional.
Negatives:
Bathtub drain emitted a foul odor. I had to keep the drain plugged and some water dripping to stop the strong smell of rot. The stopper didn't seal perfectly so I had to deal with the constant dripping noise as that was better to hear than the stench was to smell.
