The front desk staff was cheerful and efficient when we arrived and again when we checked out. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
Our room was near the stairway and a group of smokers stood outside the door smoking and talking loudly right below our window late at night while we were trying to sleep. The interior walls are not sound insulated. We could also hear our “neighbor’s” television.
