The original room we checked into had no hot water even after letting it run for 30 min after moving to a new room we did have hot water but you do need to let it run. There are cameras everywhere but no one could view them when someone broke into our car. The break in happened to us another vehicle and a vehicle was stolen. The hotel staff told us a manager was on their way right after it happened but no one ever showed up. And to my knowledge the videos were never reviewed by the staff or the police. Also the pool is very small and the hot tub can only accommodate 5 people max so that was a little disappointing.
