Negatives: The room wasn't clean the bed and pillow were horrific. Literally felt like sleeping on a brick and a brick for a pillow. The reason I needed the hotel is that my husband is in ICU in the Cleveland Clinic. The location and price is why I chose that hotel.

Negatives: It was the day after Christmas my wallet was stolen out of my car. So I had no identification card. My husband had his. Same last name. They would not allow his to check into our room or me. So I asked for a refund. They refused. When I called to check the Statius of room it was canceled. So they kept my money. We was traveling so we were four hours from home.
