Positives: I booked my room with booking.com and there was a pay now option, I chose to pay now, when I got to the property I was charged again and the clerk insisted there was no pay now option. I got a representative from booking.com on the phone after difficulty to verify this and refund my charge, unfortunately I won't have access to those funds for more than a week, which meant I didn't have enough to make a purchase I planned on making at midnight!
Negatives: I was charged twice because of the pay now option, I don't care who's fault it was this situation still caused me a major setback which was totally unnecessary and I would like to be compensated somehow for the issue.

Positives: Adequate lodging. Staff is respectful. Advertised in Bookings.com as serving breakfast but they are not supplying any food. You have to ask for a coffee pot. They have a good Covid policy but please note: Their other hotel on the same street is serving breakfast.
Negatives: Blankets are very thin. I had to run heat at 86 degrees to get warm enough to sleep. No breakfast ( advertised in Bookings as serving breakfast). Doors are not automatic..not even a handicapped button. No tv remote.

Negatives: Website state free breakfast but non on site, staff say it's due to covid that started 18 months ago, if they can't change on website in 18 months it's a bait and switch. Location is really old building that really need renovation.
