Breakfast was decent. That's about all I can think of.
Negatives:
It wasn't clean. There was glitter on furniture so you can imagine the previous residents. Bathroom wasn't clean and faucet barely worked with minimal pressure and leaked. We also purchased supplies to clean more areas of the room. Nice that a Meijer was next to the property.
Staff seemed to avoid assistance never looking up from the desk and had to be addressed any time you needed help. Door to room didn't reach to floor about 3/4" and you could hear anything in the hallway.

Positives:
We appreciated having breakfast available each morning. The waffles were very good, biscuits and gravy were a bit cold, sausage and eggs were good.
Negatives:
Floors in the room had not been vacuumed. There were potato chips, Cheerios, and Oreos on the floor. We found a Nerf dart under the sheet in one of the beds. There was only one washcloth and 2 towels for two people for three nights. When the tornado alarms went off, we tried to get the local weather reports. We found that the TV was disconnected from the cable box, and the cable box was not plugged in. We were finally able to get the TV working after plugging everything in and jiggling the connections.

Well it was dirty,the water pressure in shower was awfull. Room 229 it smelled like a cigarette butt made me and girl friend sick had to open window and turn cold fan on . Had to go out side 2 or 3 times it was that bad. It was so obmver priced. It was 169. And I thought paying that amount it would be better. I couldn't get another room any where close. And it was late when checked in.
I still need call from someone for a reimbursement I called today and never got call yet. And the room had dust inch thick by tv,no toilet paper. 1 little shower soap and conditioner. Good thing we had are own2 towels so little I thought they were wht u put in front of shower when you get out. And the our clothes smelled like cigarette on sun day we checked out. Ppl we went to see said that. You know how embarrassing that was.

The room could have been cleaner. Some stains on the floor and the bathroom door, the bottom was starting to crumble. It wasn't "dirty" just stained and in need of updates

I checked in late and my room still was not ready. It wasn't cleaned. The lady at the front desk was not friendly nor helpful in the slightest bit, and the worst thing of all was that they charged me a $100 deposit on my card. It was an actual charge to my card. Not a hold. It was either that or $100 in cash. I didn't get the money returned to my card until 4 days later. I have never, ever had this done to me at any hotel I've ever stayed at. I will never, ever use this location, or better yet, chain of hotels ever again in my life!!!
