Positives: Hot tub and heated pool
Negatives: The last 2 times we have stayed there the guy can never find our reservation for an hour at least after we get there. Which cuts into swim time for my kids. The reason why we go there.

Negatives: Every time we make reservations for this property we show up and they can never find them. It took almost 2 hours for us to get into our room after arrival to hotel. We choose these hotel to swim and then the kids had to wait longer and swim less.

Positives: The staff other than the manager were very nice and accomodating.
Negatives: Air conditioning did not cool the room at all. The manager tried saying we did not have it set correctly. He was wrong. He changed the settings and made it worse.

Left after 2 days of a 4 day stay. They still charged the 4 day stay and still haven't received the refund of the 2 days.

We arrived around 10 ish to our hotel later that evening after everyone got off work, to find out that our room had been given away. The front desk kid has made a comment that the owner had taken our room and was holding a party in it. We got stuck at 11 pm trying to find a new hotel for the night. We asked the manager to refund us money since finding a stay this late would be expensive. He told me to calling booking.com, which was completely pointless. Booking.com did not cancel my reservation, the owner did. DO NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOT HELPFUL.
