The renting of rooms to families/individuals that leave their children in the hotel to create excessive, annoying noise in the hallways, at the icemaker etc. and it took the staff 3x to fix the problem. Groups such as this should be relegated to the same floor so not to disrupt those those that have no association or interest in unsupervised children/teenagers

Good location at Levis Hamilton, nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was not included for us, but we liked the choice of the more expensive full breakfast service or the smaller (only cold) breakfast for half price. As we do eat breakfast but not a whole lot, this second option was perfect. Good availability of the elevators, friendly staff, lobby to wait meeting up with people

Noise - It had rained overnight, and our window view was a rooftop and some adjacent restaurants. The rooftop was lined with metal, so the rain had a constant band of noises going on. We were also placed outside the elevator, so there were continuous guests throughout the night who were very loud.

The bed was uncomfortable. The steps in the pool was slippery. My daughter slipped and almost hit her head on the side of the pool. Breakfast is not included.
