Nice and updated, great location! The staff worked it out that my family and I could be on the same floor.

For the price, no free breakfast was offered. Also, one concern I had was on checking out. I step out of my room to check on a family member, whose room was down the hall from me. When I returned to my room to get my belongings to go downstairs to check out, my card was rejected. It was only 10:55am. Check out wasn’t until 11 am. I am not sure why I was locked out before that time. I had to go downstairs so they could reset my card for I could then get my belongings in the room.

After traveling all night I had just gotten to sleep maybe 3 hours when the fire alarm went off. Panicked, I quickly dressed and fled down the stairwell outside.
After standing outside I returned to the front seat to a clerk that stated Kids!!!

The rooms were well kept, the lobby was clean and decorated nicely. Staff was very pleasant.

The bathrooms were very small with a very tiny toilet that was very low to floor. There was guests next door that was fighting in hallway till past 3 in the morning and the entire floor smelled of marijuana. The fighting got so bad I became nervous for my children and myself.

Yes, the hotel smells of mold, I have stayed here the last 2 times I was in Portsmouth( only because of location) the rooms were not satisfactory. Both times the door frames had been busted through and put back togethers very poorly. Leaving insecure.

The front lobby seems nice and the pool area was decent.
Negatives:
Bugs were crawling on the tables by the pool, we all broke out in a rash after getting out of the pool. The rooms are small, terrible and horribly uncomfortable. There’s no room to do anything at all in the bathroom and barely even enough leg room to sit on the toilet. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.
