The shower the way you turn the water on you have to turn the the cold water on first and you have no way of missing it spraying on you so you will freeze to death because of it.

I was told the hot tub was working before I booked and when I got there it was out of order. The refrigerator did not work so my food and fruit and my babies milk ended up spoiling. There was no hot water in my room at all and the toilet stopped working

We arrived too early to check in, but the lady behind the counter was not friendly or gracious about it. The windows were super thin and allowed in a lot of noise. The grout/tile was dirty. I had no hand soap. The coffee service had not been replenished when I got into my room. All the noises from the hallway reverberated into the room.
