The staff was beyond kind and helpful! They were the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel.

The cleanliness was not amazing. The comforter on the bed had several stains and the pillow on my bed had a blood like stain on it.

Bathroom tiles had huge gaps from missing grout, anytime floor was mopped water had to go between and under tiles, raising questions about possible mold intrusion. Fitness center was worst ever, elliptical was wobbly and gait was uneven, very dangerous.

Breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and the expanded vending options off the lobby were a nice surprise.
Negatives:
It wasn't that clean in the side entrance and stairwell and there were broken fixtures and missing and dirty kitchenware in the room. The water pressure was also very weak.

Friendly people and it was perfect for our needs. Front desk check in was quick and easy. The morning breakfast was way better than most.

The room was more of a suite and had a kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer. The morning breakfast was prepared individually for each person, rather than a buffet setup. The food was much fresher than most hotels at this level. Very comfortable.
