ROOM WAS CLEAN AND IT WAS QUIET.

I RESERVED THE 2 ROOM WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND IT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATLY. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE REQUIRED TO PUT UP A $40.00 CASH DEPOSIT. WE GOT IT BACK WHEN WE LEFT. WHY WERE WE CHARGED THE DEPOSIT?

It took 35 minutes to check-in. Free breakfast is lie. The place seemed like a hotel in horror movie where you see characters out of ordinary.

Had no breakfast although they advertised they did. Couldnt even get a cup of OJ

Towels were dingy and appeared dirty. Then when i ask for clean towels I was once again get dingy dirty towels. There were food stains on the blanket. Wundows were dirty along with the mirrors. Drug use in the open in the hallways.

There was a dead spider on the shower curtain, the fridge & freezer were ice covered and then dripping, there was a spill which looked like blood under the fridge, and getting high in their hotel would have been no problem as it was all throughout it.

The customer service desk was rude. I would book for 4 guest and each time I would receive a room for 2 guest. They only offer breakfast on the weekends but it did not state that when I booked. Just was not a good experience. There were roaches in the roo

Online it advertisers a double room that sleeps 4. We paid in advance and upon check in your as told that we would need to pay an additional 20 because the reservation was only for two.
