Positives: Location
Negatives: We’ve been coming here for years when we go to the races. This time the room was horrible. Linens were stained, floor was dirty, towels were stained, room was not stocked Mattress was fine but the pillows were so old they had no filling left and were as flat as they could be Sadly we will never go back there

Negatives: Staff, except Kevin. Towels weren’t clean. Broken AC, TV, and shower rails.
