The lady at the front desk is rude. They will not give your security payment back and they will tell you to drop dead.

Had to stand outside in the heat to check into my room.
Room was about 95 degrees when I got into it.
Secondary lock was missing on the door. About 20 screw holes where in the location lock use to be
I could see outside from under the door.
The ice machine didn't work and they didn't even have a ice bucket in the room. It looked like it haven't worked in years

Absolutely terrible place! Female Manager refused to allow my family to check in or let them book another room after attending a nearby Country Fest. Manager then charged me for a cancelation fee of $140 after not allowing them to check in since I did not add my family members name to the check in. Manager was very rude and refused to accept a simple phone to verify my information. According to other reviews this is the not the first time this has happened! Booking.com rep apologized and said this is an on-going issue with this location and an investigation will be taking place. Customer service means nothing to these people!!
