The room is a very nasty big big stain on the mattress the sheets have stains all over their room the pillows have stains on them the room is just overall nasty, the lady come up here and yelled at me I'm currently waiting for the police to show up that they called on me because I made a bad review on Google about it so they called the police on me to kick me out and booking.com told me I cannot get a refund and have nowhere else to go and I got to sleep in my car now

Overcharged my credit card $150, got rude after complained of the charges, still have not received funds back on credit card a month later. Caught owners in room several times going thru our personal effects, and had things missing afterwards. Owners threatened to call cops after complaining about their actions.
