The room was comfortable and attractive. The reception was nice with free candies throughout the day and popcorn at night when we were there, which was derby weekend. The staff was great!

Room did not heat. (Changed rooms after 2nd night). Only 2 outlets worked. None by bedside
Morning coffee in the lobby was a 0! Coffee was horrible, only provided powdered creamer and packaged sugar. Coffee maker in room, but no coffee. Had to drive for coffee every morning.

The room was very dated, the paint didn't cover walls, the bathroom sink only had hot water and drain was broken, the whole place seemed dirty, the bedding and bath towels had stains on them, our room didn't have any towels in it, the noise from others yelling all hours of the night, the place smelled like smoke, cereal isn't breakfast.
The place looked good from the outside but was a dump on the inside.
We will never stay again.
I should have requested my money back and left.
