The breakfast consisted of a few cereal bars and a pot of coffee, there was no desk clerk when I had to leave before my second night booked for a family emergency, there was only a cleaning person manning the front desk and could only print a receipt and not help me cancel the second night reservation and adjust my CC balance, however said he would have them call me when they came in, I did not receive any calls!!!

I called to get my CC payment adjusted 6 days after no call and was told there would be no refund as I went thru a third party to reserve my room!!!! This is unacceptable to me! I will not go thru a third party again as I do not like paying for something I did not use!!! The carpet was dirty, had to wipe stuff off of the light switch and there was nothing in the kitchen and had a cupboard door hanging off the hinges. They told me it was the last room and the light above the table was not working and it turned out it was the top plug that was not working(fire hazard)????

My son found drug needle under the bed ,drug pills, rubber band to tie on arm for injection. Room was dirty and kitchen faucet leaked water badly! Room images presented on website are much bigger than Room size you get! NO SHOWER CURTAIN !Was extremely disappointed!

The door to the room was broken. Sometimes it would open and sometimes it wouldn't. The light would turn green after scanning the card and the handle turned but the door would not open. Even from the inside I had issues getting the door open. Not only is this an inconvenience it is a safety hazard.
