The bed linen were not clean …. And it smelled like animals in the carpet. My daughter wet the bed and when we arrived back later that day, the staff had been in to tidy up and make the Bed and when I came back, it was the same sheets and quilts that had been urinated on.

I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t rate the kitchen or dining.
Negatives:
My remote didn’t work and I couldn’t get an answer from front desk because the line stayed busy for about 15 minutes. I had to get redressed to go back downstairs. They ended up giving me the remote from the lobby tv. My room had the worst smell! The window was open when I arrived (so that should’ve been my first hint) and the room was freezing. I’m not sure if it was the carpet or the refrigerator. It made it hard to sleep and I had to keep spraying perfume throughout the night which triggered a migraine.
